They missed our original appointment time due to equipment breakdown. Scheduled it for first thing the next day. Friendly, competent and quick. Did a great job.

Unprofessional. I cancelled 1st appt due to cleaner running late. 2nd appt, no one came! No one called to let me know they weren't coming. The day they finally came, 45 minutes late. Extra fees. Less than 15 minutes of work. Floors were soaking wet. She offered to clean with my towel. Mop was not in her van. Didn't clean sides of couches? I said no back of the couches though. Feel perturbed.

Buyer beware. I'm not pleased with the level of service that I received from this business. There were small stains on my couch and they didn't get them out. These were not hard stains from things like wine either. Aside from being displeased with the service, I was also displeased with the employee who came out to clean the couch. He was unprofessional and quite rude. I won't be recommending them
