Holly was very professional and thorough, went through the whole electrolysis process with me before starting, and explained it could take 6-12 months for all the hair follicles to be treated. I only had a small area that I was worried about which didn't take the full 30 min. Rather than just stopping there, she asked if there was any other area I'd like her to work on, so I got the full benefit. I'll be returning every couple weeks to continue the elimination and make sure all the hair follicles in the area are fully treated.

holly is very professional and prompt......and is very conscientious about doing her job properly. she's friendly and easy to talk to....she can make what can be an uncomfortable experience quite tolerable. I would return for sure.

Holly is very friendly. But, most importantly she has a lot of medical knowledge and explains the process very thoroughly! I've had years of laser, with limited permanet success. I'm hopeful that with Holly's expertise and care, Electrology will be the answer!

Instead of having (the new thing) laser hair removal, that is not permanent hair removal, and only reduces the hair from growing, and does not last that long. I tried it (laser hair), and was a perfect candidate (dark hair & very light skin, lip & chin, done for 7 months) laser hair removal did not work on me. Try electrolysis (electrology) it is the only permanent hair removal! So far, so good!
