We are a movement and meditation center where you receive individual attention and are part of a community based on service, education and wellness.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

KC-YC has well-trained Yoga Educators who provide guidance and support, and they also offer radiant heat panels for hot yoga and yoga rope walls.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The desire to create of a community based on service, education and wellness

What do you love most about your job?

Serving our students and community. 10% of KC-YC's gross revenue goes directly to local charities and community service.
