They did a very good job detailing the vehicle, but they are very disorganized and it seems they conduct business by the seat of their pants. Just to put it in perspective, it was raining the day I got my car detailed and I didn't care I just wanted to get it detailed and be done with this clown.

Allow 3-4 hours to finish Car will be very greasy when finished and if you have cloth be prepared to bring a towel or something because everything is soaked
