clean the tables!
during an hour there remained 5 uncleared tables and nothing was removed from our table.
Also, the mafia is NOT a welcoming aspect of the Italian experience so please consider removing the framed art from Sopranos and Scarface.

We went back to the restaurant on two occasions because each time they made up an excuse for not allowing us to use our grupon. Even though there were no resprtictions, they told us, on our first visit, that since we didn't present it before ordering, we couldn't use it. The 2nd time they tried to tell us we were only allowed to use it after 8pm. After arguing with the waitress, they allowed us to use it. Service is terrible. It's slow & the waitresses appear poorly trained. They can't remember to bring the bread or your drinks, etc.

I am sure an any given day, they are able to handle the crowd and that night was super busy. I am a very patient and tolerant person but being ignored by our original waitress, being seated at a smaller table than our family could fit and waiting without being checked on just left a sour taste in our mouths.
The food was good.
