This was a great experience. I have had 6 spinal surgeries and was very nervous. Abby was awesome...told me poses that I should stay away from... and was super encouraging. Very positive class and atmosphere.

What an amazing experience. Didnt realize how intense nor what a great workout this would be. New found respect for sure. Instructor (Shelly I believe) was great, so positive and encouraging throughout the class. ❣🧘‍♀️
