They were very efficient in what they did and we're reatlively pleased with their work. My only gripe was the lack of communication in the weeks prior to confirm the booking, Although we did get an email on the evening before regarding driveway access etc. but prior to that, we didn't anything response if they had confirmed the booking etc.

The cleaning done was great, but the person doing the cleaning ran out of time before finishing the house.

When using professional cleaning services my expectations are greater than what I could do myself. I have purchased several and used several Group-on professional cleaning services and this was by far the most disappointing. In addition I purchased a voucher for 3 cleanings and the availability for services was rediculous just to use one cleaning. Not until the worker showed up for the first was I aware that I needed to schedule all three at the same time. On top of all of that I don't know how to talk to an actual employee. Even when the worker called to let me know she was almost finished when I returned her call to speak to her I got a machine.
