Overall the service on the day off was good but everything leading up to that day was a mess. My appointments kept getting cancelled and rescheduled. It was very hard to get someone on the phone at times and emails went unanswered in the beginning.
They made it difficult to make an appointment. I sent five emails and no appointment. They stopped responding. I want my money back
Unfortunately, my experience with Vivacity has not been good. I have had an extremely difficult time getting a hold of the merchant, scheduling an appointment, and keeping appointments. If my experience was isolated, I might be more understanding. But several 1-star Yelp reviews all complaining of the same thing is not a fluke. I can appreciate that the owner means well, but no customer should have to go through so much trouble when they spend their money. I have requested for my money back.
I gave this purchase of three cleanings to my daughter living in Suffolk, VA because we moved out of state. She has had nothing but TROUBLE trying to schedule the first cleaning. She really needed someone to clean on Sept. 7th. (she is a school teacher back to work this week and as luck would have it, her in-laws are visiting the 7th). She was told by someone that they did not handle the Suffolk area and she can't seem to get in contact with anyone that does. Don't take on more business then you can handle when you are just starting out.
Cater to your current customers before drumming up new business.

I purchased 6 cleanings and only 2 have been scheduled. I have written to you numerous times and cannot find days to schedule the remaining 4. I have been extremely flexible regarding which days I am able to accept. I gave a list of many days in one e-mail and did not get a response.from Vivacity.
They are the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. Two times they made appointments and cancelled ten minutes before arrival and did so by email. Thank goodness my daughter has a smartphone. Never returned emails or phone calls since
Vivacity responded once to my inquiry to set up a reservation. I let them know what I wanted to do. I have not heard back again. And, am still waiting for Vivacity to let me know how to proceed to get a reservation.......they seem nice.....maybe overwhelmed right now.....but, don't know what to do now....??

They were nearly impossible to get scheduled. It often took several days or longer to hear from them - if they even returned the call or email at all. They missed appointments altogether. The cleaning was sub-par. Some employees were fired, while other quit due to not being paid or having paychecks bounce. Probably the worst company I've ever done business with.
