It has a very casual atmosphere. If you like indoor pool, sauna, hot tub along with all other typical fitness center amenities, this one is worth a try.

Awesome place! Very quiet without any loud noise to allow you a personal workout experience. I experience constant distractions at the YMCA, which deters me from going there to work off the stress of the day. At Our Health Club & Spa, it's wonderful!
