Travel charge was a hidden fee. They said they would waive but then the tech made me feel guilty by telling me it is his gas money for driving all over the valley. Carpet cleaning was 8/10

The tech was very nice but he used my bathtub to pour water into the portable unit and the bathtub was filthy at the end. Also where the carpet met the tile there was a puddle of water which he stepped in and tracked dirty prints all over my tile.

Ending up paying an additional 80 dollars because they stated the coupon did not include a bunch of things apparently that I needed just to get a thorough cleaning. I called ahead of time for any additional fees and non was stated to me
