Steamed rice, kimchi, and other time-honored sides help to soak up the juices and leave you something to eat if a non-indigenous wildcat raids your table. In keeping with Korean barbecue tradition, OHYA also gives its guests the option to handle the cooking. Once lit, personal charcoal grills at each table allow guests to sear marinated morsels of short-rib, chicken, squid, and other meats to their liking.
