I was disappointed that it was not stipulated that the seats were pre-designated seats by the Phoenix Coyotes. I was not able to choose my seat in a designated area.

It was a bummer that the staff was so unflexable, we met some friends at the game and were unable to sit with them even in a half empty arena.

Didn't know the tickets were standing only. We were able to get seats and they were ghouls seats at no extra cost.
