I would recommend everyone to try it for a month. my husband and i just started 3 days a week, but it's been amazing. Everyone is friendly and know what they are doing.

It is a New Year, and like most one of my New Year’s Resolutions is to lose weight. I am over weight and need to lose at least 60 lbs. My current goal is to lose 40 lbs by my birthday in April. I have a long journey ahead, but I am excited and pleased to have joined Task Fitness. There are three levels in this class, and I am looking forward to the day that I move to the next level. Shane works us all hard…and keeps us motivated!!
