My first lesson was challenging but the staff and instructor (Kristen) were so encouraging and supportive! If you have considered taking yoga classes, consider this place in the Northwest valley.

I tried the barre/hang fusion class at 5:15 a.m. and loved it! The teacher and the students were friendly and helpful, and it was a good workout. I was a little hesitant to 'hang' when there were no body parts actually touching the floor, but believe I will get braver as time goes on.
