The girl that cleaned out apartment was very sweet and did and amazing job! She went above and beyond, highly recommended.

They were on time. And i was very happy with the work that was done.

They left my house semi clean I didn't expect them to do everything perfect but I asked for the things that were my priorities and those things were not done thoroughly,it was just like a lite cleaning for everything and I wanted deep cleaning on the things I asked ie Dusting (because my kids were having asthma issues), he did less than a half of a job I was not impressed And after moping, my floors/house smelled musty like the mop wasn't clean I like it to smell fresh after I mop, not necessarily fragrant, but fresh

I would not recommend Crystal Clean because they did not show up for my appointment and have not returned any of my messages or emails. BAD BAD BUSINESS!!!!

I got home and immediately had to mop my kitchen floor. There were greasy footprints and the rug was hanging outside. Bathroom trash can was not emptied. Have waited for company to directly ask for a review but that didn't happen either. Not at all satisfied and feel I paid too much for the service and this was apparently an introductory offer. I also had left a $20 tip, which makes it extra insulting. I would actually like a refund.

False advertising. No eco-friendly products were used. The floors were untouched. And the girl (who was nice) spent most of the time on her phone texting
