Ledge Rock Hill Winery takes pride in producing award-winning wines that are custom crafted from fruit harvested on their very own vineyard, as well as a select few partner vineyards. To make their wines, they use all natural ingredients and limit the use of sulfites as much as possible in order to ensure freshness and impart aging ability into the wines. The vitners at this winery believe that clarity and brilliance is achieved without filtration.

Their red wines are made from grapes crushed on-site at the winery, and are aged for a minimum of 10 months in American and/or French oak barrels. And for their white wines, fermentation occurs at cool temperatures before they're aged in stainless steel to bring forward the variety of flavor in the grape.
