This class was knowledgeable, laid back, fun, and tasty!!!! It was a great date night and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes to BBQ (any experience level).

This was so much fun! I cook for a living, but bbq is not my forte, so this was a great way to kick off my summer. Went with my girlfriend and our friend, and we all learned a ton! I'm excited to get to grilling and came home with a few juicy looking recipes that I'm ready to try out!

Everything about this business is 1st class!! Ruff is a great guy who put on a 3 hour class that everyone that believes in smoking low and slow should experience. Outstanding!! And we should support family owned businesses like this one.
