About Effie and Evie's Fitness

With experience in the health and fitness industry for 16-plus years, owner Kristy enjoys sharing her passion with her daughters. Effie and Evie love their mom's lifestyle so much that Kristy decided to open a fitness studio and name it after them. The studio dedicates itself to healthier living through weight-loss boot camps, healthy cooking classes, and yoga classes. While Kristy guides adults through vinyasa and fat-blasting yoga, her girls help lead kids' yoga sessions.
