Everyone was very nice and I really enjoyed the treatment. I even got a follow up call which i really appreciated. Unfortunately, I did feel a bit like I was sitting in a car dealership. Like there was a sales pitch at every turn. So much so that I really was hesitant to answer any questions or make idle chat for fear that it would lead to another opportunity to try to be sold something.

Very professional staff. They did an excellent job of informing me of all the procedures and answered all my questions in a clear concise manner. They made me feel welcome and treated me with respect. I would trust them for any and all procedures. I hope to go back for additional procedures if/when I can afford them. I would highly recommend Dermacare.

Fabulous people were patient and explained the proceedures thoroughly so that I understood each step, the sensations I would feel, what each step accomplished...everything, and in a friendly manner that was not like being spoken down to. I am looking forward to going back!

Professional, friendly staff. Thorough pre-op / post op preparation done verbally face-to-face and backed up with precise documentation. Timely reminders. Doctor and assistant very personable and upbeat during the procedure - good humour throughout. During the procedure, he answered any questions I had and explained each step along the way. Thank you Dr. DeRouin, Steph, Michelle and Emma. I look forward to seeing the initial results in a few weeks and even further definition in 3 months. !!
