I have been going to this gym for over a year now and its always an amazing workout. Sonny makes sure he pushes your body to the limit. Definitely worth it and more.

This is an awesome workout. There are various levels of fitness in the class and Sonny does a tremendous job of encouraging everyone. I am excited to go back.
