Wonderful service

I've been in New England for 4 years and this is the first positive hair experience I've had. Heather took care of me and she is so down to earth and friendly! I was doing something a little weird/different with my coloring and 80% was perfect. One part didn't come out as we planned, so without hesitation she worked on it again and then offered for me to see how it is over the week and schedule a touch up for free if I'm unhappy. I probably won't reschedule, but that she offered that made me feel truly cared about. Aside from that, the cut was perfect, quick, and seemingly effortless. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

They are exceptionally pleasant and polite and did a great job on my hair! I will continue going to them in the future.

Monique the owner CUT my hair so BAD I was hysterical sobbing & sick to my stomach. I trusted she KNEW what she was doing & was SADLY mistaken which cost me my waste length hair, days later I received a note saying she was sorry & she does Not have experience with my length hair. if I was told that I would Never have let her cut my hair. if she said she was not comfortable doing WHAT I asked I would never agree to butchering my hair cause that's what she did. pathic excuse for a hair dresser... everyone that I showed would just gasp at My hair cut. I had to get it fixed and lost 11" off the back thanks to her chainsaw cutting method. shesucks

I liked the girl who did my hair, but was unable to get my nail n pedi n then they priced my hair up another 20! Not going back ever
