The coaches are probably the best in the region. Go in with an open mind, check your ego at the door, and listen to the coaches because they genuinely have your best interests at heart. I have now signed up for a full membership because I have found “my gym”.

It's a great place to workout. The instructors name you feel comfortable and are encouraging.
