I thought the salesperson was extremely helpful. He even threw in a paint can opener for free which was very nice of him and also very useful!

Bad lighting in the store, the salesman was communicating about the paint at too high of a level for a non-paint expert to understand.

Lower the prices or don't advertise that you sell your best paint at retail at $72.00 a gallon because nobody would ever pay that.
