Really good instruction, she kept watching and instructing about correct form and equipment use. She kept the class moving, challenging us but didn't kill us! :)

This is the most amazing work out facility I have ever been to. Never have I recommended a place to so many people! I love how amazing the instructors are and how they are able to accommodate to everyone's fitness levels. It really encourages you to keep coming back and improving. I would 110% recommend this place to everyone!
