Kind of a dive bar but with a good menu and a pretty good taplist. The service is casual, and maybe a little sassy, but friendly and fun if you're laid back. Our server was also the bartender, so she wasn't hovering around the tables, but that's not what I wanted anyway. I wanted good beer, a good burger, and some hot fried stuff. Tip Top always delivers that, so if that's what you want, this is a good place for you off the beaten path.

Don't let the price fool you, the food is really good, not your basic bar food. Watch out for the potato salad it's spicy!

There was good food and my drink was delish! Felt bad for the only waitress there with all the people but she still served us great!
