The pizzas are Gourmet type pizzas with little sauce and cheese but many good toppings. The Italian sausage doesn't taste Italian though and neither do the meatballs which are crumbled up and taste more like hamburger. Actual sliced meatballs would be much better. The crust is thin and has a unique taste from the coal fired oven. All in all, the pizzas are good but might not be to all tastes.
