I had a great time at Tu Sei Bella! I went to the cardio dance class, and although I am not an experienced dancer, it was a very welcoming environment and a super fun way to work out!

This isn't your gym mass zumba class. I signed up for the barre class. The instructor came over when I was struggling in the Barre class, showed me a lower impact/stress exercises and really took an interest in how I was keeping up. Recommend highly

Best dance work out I've had in a long time. The instructors are super friendly but will push you to do your best !! If you aren't serious about working out or are expecting a laid back, easy work out this is not for you.
