I really like the way you have extra trainers available to help beginners in your kickboxing classes. I've been to other kickboxing classes (at Title) where they give you no instruction at all, which led me to injuries.

I personally didnt like the boxing class style- especially that you couldnt wear shoes ick! Also they were all about the hard sell to get you to buy a membership even before your first visit.

Not good hygiene with the gloves you have to wear
