About Winks & Wiggles

Winks & Wiggles is a yoga school for babies and preschoolers. Yoga practice can start when kids are still in the womb, during prenatal lessons. After that, they can develop coordination, strength, flexibility, spatial reasoning, and body awareness in baby and toddler classes. In these classes, which encourage youngsters to stay grounded, allowing them to communicate more effectively with others instead of tearing up or scrawling 1,000-page manifestos in crayon, kids practice animated poses and stretching exercises along with playing interactive games to enhance development.
