I'm disappointed in the scheduling first of all, I was told to be there at 7pm for a consultation and that took a whole 2 minutes, then I was told to goback to waiting room and I sat there for 40 minutes. There were others that came in after me and left before I even went back, I understand there are different treatments but to wait 40 minutes is not good scheduling. Then I was told I was getting a chemical peel when I had my consult and ended up with a microdermabrasion. The girl that did my microdermabrasion was nice enough but was more into selling add on's and upgrades and product than my face.

my only concern is with the type of treatment offered by my technician. for me at this time, it seemed far too mild and i could not tell ANY difference either later that day or the following day.

I wasted my money getting a treatment that showed no results. I wasn't expecting a miracle but I did think there would be some difference.

I made an appointment for a quimical peel and I did not received any recomendations prior to making the appointment. They should ask you before booking your appointment if you have active acne, if you have been exposed to the sun for the last 14 days, if you are taking any medications like acutane. I wanted to reschedule my appointment after reading on the Internet that it is not good to get a peel when you have active acne I called the office to reschedule and they did not allowed me even though it was their fault for not telling me anything.
