About Ballet Prestige

Under the tutelage of certified ballet instructor Katherine Polaski and her team, dancers from age 3 to adult learn to improve their skills with lessons for all experience levels. The staff teaches according to the Vaganova method—a hybrid of French and Italian ballet styles that works both the upper and lower body while minimizing the risk of injury.
