SIL Waterfront Restaurant, intimately located on the banks of the Fox River, with windows facing the river, serves mouthwatering fresh food with a native Caribbean and Italian touch. Its menu is excitingly original.

Chef Walter puts out a very good product for his customers. Priced are not too bad but you get big bang for your buck. Try the Stuffed Avocado as an appetizer. I had the NY Strip steak and it was excellent.

We requested a creamy mushroom sauce to be served with the porkchop. This was previously offered as a "special". Chef was happy to oblige and it was delicious!!
