Really genuine lady in an up beat salon! Loved my nails

Rebecca was terrific! She did an outstanding job on my nails, and the conversation was exceptional! I will definitely be going back!

The overbooking would be my sole reason to not return to this particular salon. My nails were great so very satisfied from that standpoint but waiting over a half hour for nails seemed a bit much.

So accommodating when I missed my appt time. Thank you!

Was told I was getting a shellac manicure, as I paid extra to upgrade...next day all my nails were chipping and anorher salon told me she didn't actually do a shallec, polish came off way too easily and should'nt have been chipping the same day! Just did a uv topcoat which did nothing! I explained the sequence she did and also found out that was not correct and not shellac. Other salon very quickly gave me a shallec on the wedding day and I could tell the difference right away, this morning my nails still look perfect. Very sad Rebecca did this to me for my wedding day!!! I had never had shellac, so she figured I wouldn't know the difference. I really want my $20 upgrade and actually the money I tipped as well. What you did is just plain rude!

Great customer service. I loved the pedicure but the shellac chipped after 5 days.
