I brought my 10 year old granddaughter and actually thought she may be bored or uninterested in this. She loved it! She especially liked walking through all the trains and also their history. I’d highly recommend this for the price and especially for homeschool groups. It can be approached in many different ways to be educational and focused on different aspects of the railroad history.

Staff were very nice, pleasant and accommodating to work with, as they helped us find a spot in the depot to have an impromptu picnic lunch after the kids finished soccer practice & before we toured the museum. So much to see and do. Our 5 year old girls really enjoyed the big engines, touring the "people movers" :), viewing the antique collections and playing with the toy trains in the store. Thanks for a lovely afternoon!:)
