At first - our order was incorrect- they left out 1 of the 2 burgers we ordered, but they quickly brought us out another when we reported it.

we went during the colder weather but I'm wondering if during the summer you treat your car port as a true car port and put the carrier tray on the car window? You didn't for us so I'm wondering what the benefit of your car port area actually is.
