This might be a scam. I also tried to email them with no response and they marked my voucher as "redeemed" on 7/7 (a Sunday) at 12AM!!!

doesnt respond to the email in directions. then randomly said i redeemed my voucher on july 7th at 1 in the morning. the arent even open on sundays let alone 1 am
