It was a great experience with a wonderful staff. Very warm, friendly, family oriented environment. Everyone was very nice and professional! They even offered us water/coke while we waited. I would definitely recommend.

I went to the Clinton location and the staff was very friendly and helpful, they had a nice selection of glasses to choose from, and everything was done in a timely manner. I am happy with my visit!

The Hyattsville office staff werw very nice. My first visit ans all went well. The doctor was excellent. Frames were pricey, but excellent options. The sales stsff was very helpful, upfront about the pricing, and very good. I haven't received my glasses yet, there are.due in about 10 days. Very good visit and service

So I went to visual eyes in Clinton even though I called in for a last-minute appointment they took me and got me in and out within an hour maybe even less overall service was good I would recommend go with the cheapest frames come back with any other pair of frames that you want and have them add your prescription to it for only $25 their designer frames are extremely overpriced extremely!
