About Personalized Pilates

After having two kids and spending 15 years working in the corporate world, Leslie Zeldes needed a new challenge. A friend suggested Pilates, and soon she was hooked. She spent the next four years learning from various instructors—all while throwing herself into continuing education courses in everything from anatomy to working with folks recovering from injuries. 

And while she loved the practice of Pilates, she wanted to create a more easy-going experience for people who aren't completely comfortable with big class sizes or impersonal gyms. That's why she transformed her home into Personalized Pilates. Her spacious, inviting studio includes Pilates equipment, plus mat spaces for small classes of no more than six people. She also leads private sessions for folks who want in-depth feedback on their form or pointers for their Pilates studio fan fiction.
