Victoria’s sweet & did ok w/keratin treatment, which caused fumes, so I was sat on an old tapped chair away from other customers by the kitchen in a makeshift treatment area. Ventilation provided by a door left ajar leading to an alley w/smokers, & garbage trucks. Portable heater didn’t work. We froze! Why aren’t salons equipped with proper ventilation? So disappointed.
