Did not meet expectation- no hands on practice

Class was not as advertised. It lasted just 2 hours, and had no format. Instructor left it to us to bring up topics. It was not hands- on, we just sat on stools, never had option to get behind the bar or try anything. Instructor didn't even demonstrate.

To the owners, i would strongly suggest adding structure to the program as well as a better learning environment.

Take some of the millions you made last year and reinvest in your franchise.
