We very much enjoyed our time there the other night---tried some wonderful wines and the tapas we tried were delicious (bread/oil, ham panini, wisconsin cheeses). Will definitely return!

We love Rioja and enjoy the wonderful attention we get from Chad and the rest of the staff. It's always a pleasure going there because they're so attentive and care to get to know their customers. They also have a wonderful atmosphere/ambiance- dim lighting, good music, beautiful artwork and comfortable seating. We always recommend this establishment to our friends- that we like (-:

Pleasant environment... great munchies... but very, very slow to get a grill cheese sandwich. Sadly, owner is not prepared for a full house. It took way over an hour for my group to get four grill cheese sandwiches. Owner needs to rework ...so he can have a real kitchen to be able to accommodate his patrons. Just my observation from eating there before and exexperiencing the extreme wait. Except for this problem eveverything else was fine.
