My two concerns regarding my session are Laura's tardiness and failure to keep a tighter schedule. She was a bit late for our appointment and did not contact me. Until the moment that she walked in, I was unsure if she was going to show. Then, after arriving past our appointment, Laura took quite a while to reenter the room after instructing me to disrobe. As I waited on the table, for at least seven to ten minutes, I could hear her speaking with maintenance outside of the door.
