This is a well-run business that offers great services and wonderful customer service.

The office was challenging to find since it's in the rear of a strip mall area w signage that's not highly visible from the road. Office was tidy but staff could have provided more information prior to my visit. The laser specialist was helpful but brisk. The room I was in had a window with open shades, which made me uncomfortable since I was undressed. Hair did not fall out after appt as promised

Staff and service was great until the laser no longer worked. The laser was not repaired, and I did not end up getting any 'value' out of the deal. I actually ended up paying more than I would have if I had not had a discount because I purchased a second 'deal' while at the office which was never granted. It was really disappointing.

Laser machine broke down. Vendor cannot complete the treatment, they get to keep my money and I just have to deal with it on my own now. Nonsense, extremely disappointed.
