It was quite quiet when we went. Nice music and local art. The food was really good with a great fresh taste.

Beware that unless you are very specific, their "unsweetened beverages--tea and coffee" come sweetened with agave syrup. I am diabetic so in the future I will be very specific. If you ask for coffee with NO SWEETENER at all, just black coffee they will bring it.

I love that they offer vegan items! I loved my food I would suggest it over and over again.
My husband did not like his. He order quesadillas which were covered in onions. The menu stated "Gluten Free Corn Tortillas dipped in salsa, rolled with cheese, stuffed and topped with meat or beans and spinach, topped with lettuce, served with a side of organic, basmati rice or beans."
He will say no onions but the menu did not state there would be onions on it. Because we were on our lunch break we were not able to request again.
They are slow - which is fine normally (I feel like it means they perpare everything when made) however being on a hour lunch it would be nice to have things more quickly.
I would still suggest this place and will be back with a friend this time =)

I would eat at Tortilla Maria every single day if I could! Excellent food and service. Bahram and Maria are great people as well. Barahm believes people should be able to eat healthy as well as having a terrific meal!
