i had a good stylist who understood my hair

My daughter was shy and did not communicate well to the stylist that she wanted layers in the back. But after the stylist cut 4 inches straight. They were nice enough to fix what should have been our problem. We will come back here again. Great servixce.

Would consider returning

SLow service. Wiatedx for 40 minutes when I had an appt. Told the workers and they were surprised how long I waited even though they checked in with me several times. Then they made sure I was taken care of.

Jay gave me a great cut and blow dry!

Did try to sell extra services and supplies.

My stylist really made me feel as though she took my needs seriously and wanted to offer more than just a quick experience,seemed to have alot of experience and confidence and care about the customer and her work.Everything was great!

I was delighted with my color and haircut with Alex. My shampoo was outstanding as well!
