I totally stepped out of my comfortzone and took the aerial yoga class, what an amazing experience! Tammy is fantastic, I can't wait for the next class!

Although living locally in Old Greenwich, I had no idea that your studio was there and was visiting other places (Yoga Souls, Glow). I definitely prefer your environment to those and my classes with Becky have been great. I look forward to trying TRX and other new things
