The only negative was they cancelled the first time and I was busy for quite a while and couldn't reschedule right away. The massage was great!

Kate made it very relaxing. My only complaint is that I got a 90 minute massage which my appointment was at 7:00 and it ended promptly at 8:30. The problem is, it took 10-15 minutes to fill out paperwork , then we discussed the treatment, and finally waiting for Kate to come back into the room after undressing. I would say a good 20+ minutes was eaten up before the massage was started. I felt a little jipped on the 90 minute massage, since it was not a true 90 minute massaeg.
