My husband and I shopped at the Cherry Creek store and it took about 30 minutes before anyone greeted us and as we were leaving we saw that one of the owners was in the store. If I am spending that much money I expect excellent customer service.
The service at Landmark was far more friendly.

The people at your DTC location are very nice! The ones at Cherry Creek were not nice. I would not shop there.
