CrossFit isn't for me, but the trainers were extremely nice and encouraged me the whole way through! The other CrossFit members were very welcoming which was needed as I was nervous going in.

Great place and SUPER friendly people!!! It is like a "Mom and Pop" gym, but it isn't. They are organized, consistent,up-to-date on technology and just overall GREAT team. The WILL WORK YOU OUT!
