When serving eggs Benedict, be sure the eggs are not over cooked. The Hollandaise sauce was excellent.

I really enjoyed the shrimp stuffed with crab meat and wrapped w/ bacon. Can't wait to come back and try the dessert crepe! I've already recommended you to several other locals!
